A bit of tapestry spunk

A bit of tapestry spunk

warning: this post contains material of a sexaul nature. Not personal but in a broad sense.

One of the common themes Greg and I used to frame our lives was the "rich tapestry of life" a metaphorical expression that was voiced by the great Maya  Angelou. This life experience was expanded by we two men to include all the physical realities of life within the "richness." We liked to say that within the tapestry and on the tapestry were the stains of living. These might include all of the bodily fluids and remnants of messy experiences within our lives. We agreed that the rich tapestry also included tinkle, boom, sweat, blood, vomit and seminal fluid or spunk as we thought was a better term. Although the moment of orgasm is a fantastic moment in human experience there is the rest of the human ingredients of that moment including the juices that flow and overflow. So, when we would talk about a moment of gritty reality we might describe the tapestry as having a bit of tapestry spunk along with the golden threads and silver braids that comprise the romantic view of life and love. One side of the tapestry might glitter and glow in dazzling arrays of wonderful life but the other side could be like soiled laundry that will be restored with time and some soap.
